The latest version of the core rules is still 1. All they've added recently is the Cyberchair pdf and the Red Chrome Cargo adventure pdf, which has been updated for the core rules.
Both pdf add-ons are also available to download for free from the R. Talsorian site. Sorry for the late reply! As Graham noted, we didn't change the main Cyberpunk red pdf download but DID add the free DLC content we also provide on our website the Cyberchair and the Red Chrome Cargo adventure.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but there are a few issues we noticed with the fillable character sheet that is bundled with this purchase: Changing the BASE value for Dance or Pilot Sea Vehicle will change the other skill to the same, as well as Endurance and Riding - there might be others with this issue but those are the ones we noticed while making our characters.
